Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated by Mind2Market Group LLC (“Mind2Market Group LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site and our tools (including the AI Website Builder) only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site by automated means without our consent.
• Misuse the AI tools — for example, to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to overload or circumvent usage limits or credit charges.

Your account

To use the AI Website Builder you create an account by verifying your email address through a one-time sign-in link (there is no password). You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information, use one account per person, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used for abuse or fraud.

AI Website Builder and your content

The AI Website Builder lets you describe your business and generate an editable one-page website concept, including AI-generated copy and images, images you upload, and other content you add (“your content”).

Ownership and license. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

Your responsibilities. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you upload or enter, and that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any law. You agree not to upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or malicious, that impersonates another person or business, or that promotes a prohibited or illegal activity.

AI-generated output. AI output is a draft provided “as is.” Similar output may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, original, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before you rely on or publish it, and your use of AI features is also subject to our AI providers’ terms. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these terms.

Credits and payments

Paid features of the AI Website Builder use prepaid credits. Credit packs are priced in U.S. dollars and purchased through our payment provider, Stripe; your use of checkout is also subject to Stripe’s terms, and we do not receive or store your full card details. Credits are a limited license to use paid features and are consumed as you generate or regenerate content.

Except where a refund is required by law, credits and payments are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire. We may change pack sizes or prices going forward; the price shown at purchase applies to that purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Fraudulent charges or chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

Comments and submissions

Comments on our blog or case studies are moderated, require a verified contact and email confirmation, and appear only after our approval. By submitting a comment you grant us a license to display it, and you agree it will not contain unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may edit, decline, or remove any comment at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Mind2Market Group LLC name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website are owned by Mind2Market Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site without our prior written permission. This does not cover your own content or the AI output generated for you, which are addressed in “AI Website Builder and your content” above.

Service availability and changes

Our site and tools, including the AI Website Builder, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and we may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable or produce errors from time to time.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mind2Market Group LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind2Market Group LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or the AI Website Builder, the content you upload or generate, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Project engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer, quote, or binding commitment. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
