The problem

We designed a single scheduling and intake system around how the practice actually works:

- A cross-location dashboard showing today’s schedule, gaps, and follow-ups
The outcome
The front desk got roughly 14 hours back every week across locations. No-shows dropped, intake is paperless, and the office manager finally has one screen that shows the whole operation.
