Our projects ship in focused, visible increments. As Project Manager, you'll be the steady hand that keeps client builds moving — coordinating scope, timelines, approvals, and launches so engineers can focus on the work.
What you'll do
- Own project timelines, milestones, and client communication from kickoff to launch.
- Run the rhythm: scope, status updates, approvals, and launch checklists.
- Spot risk early and keep small studios' projects from slipping.
- Be the calm, clear point of contact clients trust.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing software or digital projects, ideally in an agency or studio.
- Excellent written communication and organization; you make complexity feel simple.
- Comfort with modern project tools and a bias toward async, low-meeting workflows.
- Empathy for both clients and engineers.
Nice to have
- A technical background or fluency talking to engineers.
- Experience with small-business clients.
