Senior Frontend Engineer

We build custom software and AI-powered web apps for small and medium businesses across healthcare, construction, real estate, and more. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll own the interfaces clients use every day — and set the bar for quality on the team.

What you'll do

• Build production interfaces in modern frameworks (React, Astro, TypeScript) that are fast and accessible by default.
• Turn designs and rough requirements into polished, real software — and improve the design as you go.
• Own performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and the front-end architecture across projects.
• Work directly with clients and the founder; ship in small, visible increments.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years building production web applications, with deep TypeScript and modern component frameworks.
• A strong eye for detail — spacing, motion, and states matter to you.
• Fluency with accessibility, performance budgets, and Core Web Vitals.
• Clear written communication; you can explain trade-offs to a non-technical business owner.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/LLM features into real products.
• Comfort with serverless and edge platforms (Vercel, Netlify, Supabase).
